This matchbook or box just appeared today. 100 years old. Very improbable to have survived and unused. Matches worth a fraction of a cent and at that time they were not “safe matches” as they could go on at any surface. Quiet a finding.

Durign early times of bottling the straight side bottles are very simillar. To cool the sodas, the bottles were put in cold water with ice and the paper label of all of them just came appart. This leads to the need of make distint bottles per mark. All of the marks made their one of kind bottles. It’s very rare to have one of this bottles with the paper label. And you can say that this one never was dropped into cold water.
